Teen Leadership

A Note from Teen President

McKinley Boatright

Hello everyone!

I am McKinley Boatright, and I am honored to serve as the 2024-2025 Teen President for the Windy City Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.

As we embark on this journey together, my vision is to foster a space where every teen feels valued, heard, and inspired to make a difference.

Throughout the 2024-25 program year, we will host a variety of events that promote personal growth, community service, and cultural enrichment. Together, we will explore new ideas, tackle challenges, and celebrate our achievements.

Let’s make this year memorable and impactful as we continue the legacy of Jack and Jill. I look forward to working with my Teen Executive Board  to create wonderful experiences that will shape our futures.

The Windy City Teen Auxiliary

Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is squarely focused on developing future leaders who possess the skills to lead America. The Windy City Chapter Teen Auxiliary also known as the “Teen Club” is composed of Teens who are self-governed, while operating with their own elected officers and committee chairs in accordance with their guidelines and in alignment with Chapter programming.

Teens develop and enhance their skills by participating in monthly meetings and training sessions, attending annual Teen Conferences, and bi-annual Regional Conferences and National Conventions.

Teens network with other like-minded teens focused on being successful leaders of the future. Teens have FUN with many social activities and dances. Additionally, they plan and organize projects for our local partner organizations, which furthers their understanding of the value of community service. Our Teen Advisors provide support and guidance for the teens to ensure that they realize the full benefit of membership in the Teen Club. Windy City Chapter Teens are an amazing group of young adults who are leaders in their schools and communities.
