Windy City 25th Anniversary

Greetings from Windy City Chapter Charter President, Pamela Ford

In 1997, twenty six committed mothers formed the Windy City Guild, an interest group intending to become a chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.  We shared a singular vision–to establish a chapter that modeled the ideals of the founders of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and become an exemplar of excellence.

Since the chartering of the Windy City Chapter a quarter century ago in September, 1998, we have and continue to fulfill that vision. The Windy City Chapter has been recognized for its achievements with awards too numerous to mention.  Windy City Chapter mothers and teens  have served with distinction in many appointed and elected positions both regionally and nationally. This year we celebrate our own Cecilia Bolden as the newly elected Mid-Western Regional Secretary.

Thank you to all our members, supporters, partners and friends who have made this incredible journey possible.   Together we have built a chapter that makes us proud and I believe the best is yet to come.

Happy 25th Anniversary Windy City Chapter!  Here’s to many more years of success, growth and making a positive difference for our families, the communities we serve and the world.

Cheers to 25!
